Bullfrogpowered facility to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 400 tonnes in 2008 GUELPH – Beginning June 1, the City of Guelph’s F.M. Woods Pumping Station will be powered by Bullfrog Power, Ontario’s first 100 per cent green electricity retailer. The total green power purchase amounts to over 1,827 MWh and will help to reduce the city’s electricity-related carbon dioxide emissions footprint by 400 tonnes in 2008.
